A landscape plan is usually required by the majority of Sydney Councils for most of the development and building proposals. This will be one of a number of requirements that go along with your planning permit. It is likely that you will need to submit a landscape plan with your development application to the Design Review Panel, local council, or CDC if you're going to knock down and rebuild in an established neighbourhood or build a new home in a new residential development.
We provide a landscape plan for your new development complaint with the Development Control Plan (DCP) specifying the current guidelines of the corresponding council.
